I want to preface that I did not think I needed help. I thought I was managing ‘fine.’ But, Nay at Hinoki Healing has impacted my life beyond measure. I am empowered and excited about life again. She has not only helped me process feelings and life experiences, she has supported me with strategies and tools to be a more present, grateful and confident person. Nay is nurturing and compassionate, which is something I didn’t know I needed, but something I wholeheartedly appreciated. In a fragile time in my life, Nay was a light, hype woman, and loving role model. I am walking proof that you can feel so much better than ‘fine,’ and I owe that to Nay, her passion, and her extensive skillset.
